Information collected

We collect the contact name, business name, phone number, shipping address, KakaoTalk or WeChat ID, optional email, ordered items, and order-processing records.

Refund bank details are requested separately only when a refund is required.

Purpose

Information is used for order confirmation, support, sourcing, inspection, delivery, shortage and defect handling, refunds, and dispute resolution.

Retention

Order and transaction records are kept for periods required by applicable law and then securely deleted. Support records are removed when no longer needed unless retention is legally required.

Cross-border processing

The minimum information necessary to source and ship goods may be shared with the RUEE Guangzhou operations team.
