Service

RUEE provides China-based wholesale sourcing, inspection, dispatch, and OEM/ODM coordination for business customers.

Displayed prices are Korea-arrival prices. Domestic delivery within Korea is charged separately.

Orders and payment

After an order and bank transfer are received, local stock is checked and sourcing begins.

Guangzhou market stock can sell out after payment. Unavailable quantities are refunded after confirmation.

Minimum quantity

Products priced at KRW 100,000 or more start from one piece. Other products start from five pieces per product with colors and sizes freely mixed.

Exchanges and refunds

Wholesale goods cannot be returned for change of mind, slow sales, option mistakes, or minor color differences.

Report major defects, incorrect goods, or shortages within 48 hours with the product code and photos or video. We will review and arrange an exchange, shipment credit, or refund.
